Our client is hiring a Research & Development Supervisor in Fort Dodge, IA.
Candidates will be responsible for:
* R&D Process Management, facility management
* Make an experiment plan, record and report
* Manage and supply the materials and consumable products
* Develop fermentation technique, improve the process
* Support fermentation site
* Develop cost reduction assignment
* Improve SOP, support the production
* Security, Strain management
* R&D Safety, environment
Candidates MUST have:
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Microbiology or Life Science.
Basic theory and knowledge of fermentation process, production cost and quality control
6+ months of management experience
