About this job
The operator will work with a small team to run slitter and associated equipment to convert master rolls or printed material to a smaller customer roll size to support imaging media for consumer printers.
Visual identification of quality defects with wide roll, donor spools and receiver rolls
Operate any of the 7 slitters on the production line
Conduct product change over on slitters
Execute ERP transactions
Create DRs (Deviation Reports)
Follow Standard Work/Work Instructions
Handling and changing slitter cutting blades
Test result data entry, Excel spread sheet
Loading thermal media donor master rolls on to a slitter
Removing finished spools
Loading cores into labeler
Restocking line side supplies
Perform weekly equipment and surrounding area cleaning
On average, you will only be working 17-18 days/month but getting full time pay.
Pay: $10/Hour
