Primary Responsibilities
* Assist in managing the new store development process including: site selection, design, pre-construction due diligence, permitting, bidding and construction administration
* Coordinate architects, engineers and other consultants for timely restaurant openings
* Coaching and support to Franchise Owners in the development of new restaurants, through weekly calls and status updates
* Work closely with the New Store Development team as well as providing updates across other teams at the Zoup! Business Office to ensure proper execution and coordination of new store openings
Job Qualifications
* Four-year degree in a related field
* Two-to-five years related experience
* Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
* Understanding of construction documents and permitting process
* Understanding of AutoCAD, Excel, Word, Photoshop
* Self-starter with excellent organizational and project management skills
* Must possess positive attitude
