Now Hiring Servers & Hosts!!!! We are looking for customer service gurus/self motivated individuals who would like to join the Abuelo's team. New servers will spend 7-10 paid days in classroom and on-the-floor training before waiting tables on their own.
We are looking for Servers with flexible availability, who are timely, have a professional appearance, care about the appearance of the restaurant and upholding standards. Above all else, applicants must possess a "Guest First" mentality and everything you do must be with the best interest of the guest in mind. Our Servers work as a TEAM in order to offer the best guest experience possible. You will be expected to help your fellow Servers greet tables, refill drinks, run food, bar drinks, pre-bus tables, etc., when you have time to do so. Hosts Needed!!! Abuelo's Host position does not require any previous experience, just the ability to smile, talk, laugh, interact, and please our guests. We can teach you all the rest. A new host will spend 3 days training with an experienced team member. Hosts can expect to make between $8 and $9 per hour, tip share included.
