Job Description:

Requirements:
* 3 years at the General Manager level, in either full service or fast casual dining
* Dedication to providing exceptional customer service to our guests
* Must posses STRONG leadership, organizational and communication skills
* Ability to hire, train and motivate a diverse employee group. Must also possess the skills to
determine applicability of experience and qualifications of job applicants
* Ability to handle pressures and resolve issues that arise in restaurants on a daily basis
* Ability to control food, beverage and labor costs while maintaining required standards of
operation in daily restaurant activities
* Must maintain high levels of food quality, hygiene and consistency throughout the restaurant
* Must be able to over-see the BOH staff and duties as well. An understanding of food costs,
portion control and systems is a plus!
* Must have computer and administrative skills sufficient to fulfill management functions. This
includes experience with Aloha POS systems, Microsoft Office and basic math and accounting sKills related to the position.
* Reliable transportation and location of residence are both crucial to determining eligibility for position
* Must be interested and have a passion for the restaurant industry. We are looking for
some one to grow with us and become a member of our management team. We are looking for some one who is interested in finding more than just a job.
* College degree is preferred. A combination of practical experience and education will be
considered as an alternative.
* Multi-lingual is a bonus. We speak English, Spanish & Italian
