Restaurant Manager Needed - Full-time

Rice Garden is looking for Manager for our Cal. State University, Los Angeles, location. We are looking for person who is passionate about hands-on cooking, customer service, and excellent food quality to assist in running the operations of our restaurants.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing excellent food quality, guest service, crews friendliness, and restaurant cleanliness.
- Provide the highest level of customer service quality at all times.
- Responsible for the store crews, which includes training, coaching and performance management.
- Ensure the safety of our customers and crews through training and execution of food safety and restaurant safety standards and guidelines.
- Responsible for sales and profit including food and labor costs.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in quick service fast food with branded concept.
- Must be willing to work side by side with the FOH & BOH members.
- Use sound business judgment to increase sales and operating profits.

Compensation:
