A strong customer service background is required, with emphasis on quality, first call resolution and the overall consumer experience (multi-carrier experience is a plus, but not required). This is a complex sales environment and will be ideal for the company's top performing customer service agents looking to start a career path, that would include a later potential for exceeds performers to become licensed to sell during their next Medicare season. Agents must be very well spoken and have extreme attention to detail. All candidates must complete a final operational interview to be considered for the position.

Note: This position is seasonal until February of 2015 but options for permanent employment exist for top performing employees.

Minimum Requirements
  • Agents must be able to provide calm and comfort to retirees while educating them on their options in transitioning into a Medicare plan.
  • Agent must be extremely proficient with using multiple systems at once and have prior experience in using bConnected.
  • Agent must possess knowledge and clear understanding of various Health-Related products. Background in a multi-carrier environment is preferred, but not required.
  • Agent should be familiar with consultative transactional selling be expert at data capture and verification.
  • Agent must provide a customer experience that exceeds the client/employer’s goals.
  • Agent must maintain call quality and customer satisfaction scores that either meets or exceeds established client/team goals and be capable of producing a “Super bowl commercial” worthy call.
  • Agent must adhere to established company Policies/Procedures/Guidelines as set forth in Employee Handbook and adapt to an established culture/work environment that is consistent with Connextions and Client expectations.
  • Agent must be able to comply with State and CMS guidelines and have work ethics of high standards.
  • Agent must be familiar with technologies and best practices.
  • Agent must be someone who would be capable of continuing the career path as a licensed agent after gaining more experience.
