Specific Responsibilities:
- Communicate with the Customer from the reception area through the game experience
- Answer phones, take reservations, and operate computers effectively
- Cash handling and reconciliation
- Cleaning duties, equipment maintenance, participate in and promote special events
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of High School
- Minimum one year work experience in Retail, Service or Entertainment or Recreational
- Industry is preferable
- Excellent communications skills
- Customer service orientation
- Integrity, Energy and Enthusiasm
- Judgment
- Excellent work ethic
- Outgoing, friendly personality
