Aerotek is currently seeking Call Center Representatives in the Eden Prairie, MN area.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Representatives will be assisting with incoming calls from transportation companies/carriers and other branch employees. They will be fielding questions primarily pertaining to accounts payable questions. As a customer service representative they will using the company's customized software systems and Microsoft Applications to obtain and track caller information.
The main duties of this position require strong customer service and computer skills, attention to detail, and basic accounts payable knowledge.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This is a call center environment so it is important that candidates are on time and are signed into their computers at the start time. This is a great opportunity to work at a great company. The managers are not going to put up with people who are late, who are not going the extra mile, and who are not treating this as a long term career opportunity.
ACCOUNTABILITY:
- Handle incoming phone calls
- Field customers questions
- Update customer account information
- Customer follow-up
- Responsible for accurate data entry and logging
- Maintain acceptable service levels and individual goals
- Attend 1 on 1 meetings and monthly departmental meetings
- Stay current on departmental procedures and processes
- Be knowledgeable of other areas of the business
- Other duties as assigned
HOURS:
Mon-Fri, 10:30-7:00pm
