About this job

This person will work in the Credit department to support the collections of customer accounts. Tasks will include: Responding to customer account inquiries and follow up on resolution via email/phone. Investigation of delinquent accounts, sending collections letters/emails, until payment obtained. Negotiation of payment arrangements including delinquent accounts. Prepare customer reports to be sent to legal team when necessary. Update Excel to post payments.

Minimum requirements: at least two (2) years of business-to-business collections experience, must be proficient using Pivot Tables through Excel.
