Warehouse Clerk - Havelock, NC

Our client, located in Havelock, NC has an immediate need for a Warehouse Clerk!

Our client currently stores, inventories, and ships supplies and parts for a military aircraft out of their Havelock facility. It is very large and valuable inventory that is still being counted and organized at the same time as pieces are picked and shipped to squadrons.

Shift: Hours are 7AM - 3:30PM, Monday-Friday

Duration: 6 month contract (with potential to become permanent

Job Duties:
Ensure that all inventory is properly categorized and accounted for

Receive inventory and ensure that the entire shipment is unloaded

Unload inventory from trucks

Stock inventory onto proper shelf location

Pick inventory for shipment to customers or repair vendors

Perform inventory cycle counts

Research missing parts and report any discrepancies

Operate forklift equipment


Qualifications:
*4+ years warehouse/logistics experience
*1+ years military logistics experience
*Forklift experience and/or certification is a plus
*Cycle counting experience
