Minimum Qualifications:
* Must be 18 to apply
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Preferably hold a CDA, Associates degree, Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree (child related field preferred but not mandatory)
* Strong English communication skills (including writing).
* Flexible, organized, and reliable
* Have a positive attitude and be a good team player.
* Clear TB test
Other Qualifications/Responsibilities:
* Provide for the emotional, academic, and physical needs of children. Plan and
implement thematic based curriculum while engaging in appropriate interactions with children.
* Actively strive to live life in Christ's service and be an example to others.
* Willing to participate in activities outside of normal working hours (monthly staff
meetings, open houses, training sessions, etc.)
* CPR & First Aid certification is preferred.
* Some positions require availability until 6:30pm.
