ESSENTIAL FUNCTION:
The ability to establish new accounts and service existing accounts for appliances and electronics with new single and multi family homebuilders, general contractors, hotel developers and property management companies in an assigned territory. Maintains highest level of customer satisfaction through customer service, professionalism and personal integrity.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following duties and responsibilities of the Territory Commercial Manager are essential in the daily execution of the position:
•Able to develop and build a commercial customer base with home-builders, general contractors, insurance companies, hotel developers and multi-family projects in a new market.
•Ability to generate leads through local publications, company reports, Dodge Reports, leads, groups and referrals.
•Must be absolutely driven to provide total customer satisfaction.
•Must provide a dependable vehicle and be willing to make consistent cold calls.
•Schedule appointments and make professional presentations leaving information and pricing with decision makers.
•Determines pricing on selected items.
•Presents quote to customer explaining lead-time, service expectations, pricing, etc.
•Creates builder file for each project which includes builder contact sheet, quote, job requirements, selection sheets, directions, and signed credit applications.
•Discusses pricing variances with customer as needed and adjusts quote to reflect changes if needed.
•Coordinates with inside operations to ensure full understanding of project.
•Previews 1st Install by interacting with job superintendent, production department, and customer to ensure customer satisfaction.
•Post-views Install by re-visiting job site to confirm accuracy and quality of installation. Re-confirms expectations with customer including contact list, ordering process, payment terms and service contacts.
•Follows up with customer on a regular basis to provide product updates and to build relationship
•Confirms Customer Satisfaction with follow up at end of project
•Monitors success by attending scheduled sales meetings and reviewing sales reports. Provides analysis to Regional Commercial Manager for any sales failures

Requirements:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
•Minimum of three years of sales experience preferably in the appliance industry.
•Must have effective territory and account management skills, and the ability to think and strategize long term, while maintaining short-term goals and objectives.
•Experience with the Internet, Outlook, P.O.S. order entry and Word is preferred.
•Constant travel within assigned area

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Job Classification: Medium: Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for Light work.
