Key Accountabilities:
- OUTSTANDING Customer Service priority and Teamwork Oriented
- Gift wrapping, Selling Gift and Greeting Cards.
- Counting, balancing and creating the store deposit daily. Making change for store associates.
- Answering Customer Credit issues, answering both Customer and Store Associate questions.
- Answering phones when executives are not available
- Assist customers with Loyallists account questions
- Actively listen and resolve customer questions and concerns
- Impress the customer, Connect and be aware the Customer: Welcome and engage with genuine warmth
- Put personality and unique characteristics into interactions with customers
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other associates, both in own area and throughout the store.
Skills Summary:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple
- A team player who possesses the ability to work in a learning environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers and management
