CoWorx Staffing Services LLC, a leader in the recruiting and staffing industry has partnered with a highly respected mail sorting facility in Aurora, IL. We are currently seeking individuals for machine sweeper positions. These roles offer the opportunity to move from temporary to full time based on the individual's overall performance, attitude and professionalism.



3rd shift: 1am-9am

$9.00/hour



Ideal candidates must possess and demonstrate a high level of professionalism with a high attention to detail and quality.

The position is also responsible for:

• Keeping up with production pace of mail sorting machine
• Maintaining clean and safe work area
• Consistent spot checks to ensure quality
• Assist in the training of new employees
• Ability to be in constant movement
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

In return for your experience, CoWorx offers a competitive base salary based on level of experience identified and demonstrated through the interview process. Ideal candidates may be hired directly onto our client's payroll!

Candidates must meet all pre-hiring requirements which include: E-Verify, I-9 Eligibility, 7-year background investigations and drug screen. Additional requirements include:

• Ability to work scheduled overtime on a regular basis
• Work standing for the entire shift and be able to move up and down the machine at a pace needed to keep the machine productive
• Ability to identify numbers and letters and possess Basic English Skills
• Work in team environment
