Part-time Receptionist - Fremont

The Receptionist is responsible for providing world class administrative and cashier services. This position will work closely with functional areas at Regional Business Units, Human Resources Business Partners, and Customer Solutions.

Location

The Receptionist position will be based in Fremont.

Pay Rate

The pay rate for this position is $14.00 per hour.

Schedule – Part-time

The schedule for this position is second shift starting at 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Monday to Friday.

Position Responsibilities

-Answering phones

-Greeting visitors

-Will be trained to be the back-up cashier.

-Monitor, communicate and resolve customer issues with the District Managers, Dispatcher.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)

- 1 year of previous Receptionist/Administrative support experience

- 1 year cashier/cash handling experience

- 1 year experience with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- 1 year experience with Ten-key by touch
