Client in Northern Kentucky needs to add an Office Assistant to handle many of the administrative tasks and assist the current Office Manager.

This is an Industrial company located in Florence area.

Person needs to have at least 1-2 yrs experience in a variety of tasks, including:

Typical office work. Answering phones, emails, faxes, scheduling outside salespeople. Assistant to the owner. Follow up and follow through on quotes and setting up. Some inventory and warehouse duties. Making packing slips and shipping UPS. Needs great organizational skills and has to be able to prioritize and multitask. Priorities in the office change daily based on sales opportunities.

Software skills are critical to the role : Microsoft office, Ipad navigation a plus. Basic internet and email skills.

- Owner's assistant will be the first role

- Hours: Monday - Friday 8-5, lunch 12-1. Full time would be great. If the perfect person is available part time, we are flexible with that. We'd even take 2 part time people to job share if that works.
