Order Selector

One of our Clients in Newark is looking for an Order Selector to work swingshift!

Sun – Thur. 5:00PM – 2:00AM

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately select products according to individual pick list.

  • Stage product, load truck (and/or stack pallets) per route schedule as safety regulates.

  • Follow all safety and GMP procedures and FIFO policy.

  • Maintains quality error rate of < 2 errors per 1000 SKU’s selected.

  • Maintains required production standard rates of 140 SKU’s per hour.

  • Assures products and pallets used are not damaged; assures pallets are clean.

  • Records accurate catch-weights.

  • Assures damaged products and pallets are placed in proper area.

    Required Skills:

  • Ability to work well with others.

  • Capable of operating electric pallet jacks safely and properly.

  • Ability to multi-task effectively.

  • Attention to accuracy and detail.
    • Punctuality and reliability and grace under pressure.


  • Communication skills, both written and verbal (US Fifth grade standard)

  • Capable of basic arithmetic calculations

  • Readable handwriting
