Job Description:
- Will be under the supervision of the Acountant, responsible for the following functions:
- Process all accounts receivable, collections, and accounts payable activity, prepare bank reconciliations, provide back up for payroll, and assist the Accountant with preparation of monthly financial reporting, including the annual year end audit.
Requirements:
- AA degree in accounting and business Administration, or equivalent, and one or rwo years of general accounting experience.
- Ability to calculate accurately and efficiently, including ten key skills by touch
- Knowledge of blackbaud raisers Edge and Financial Edge is a plus
- Microsoft outlook, word, and excel are required 2007/2013
- Effective oral and written communication skills
Description:
- Assist in accounts such as payroll, accounts payablrd, account recieveables, and othe accounts
- Assist ti oricess accounts payable, codes invoices, ensure invoices and check requests have proper authorization and process payments on timely matter
- Prepares monthly and annual account reports and financial statements
- Assist in annual audit preparation
- Assist to prepare annual organizational budget
- Assist to to manage all Mortgages and impound accounting for property taxes
- Assist to process and post restore's sale deposits
- Other duties as assigned by the Accountant
