Primary Responsibilities:



  • Participate in the development of business strategy

  • Develop and manage business plans to achieve objectives

  • Lead large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives

  • Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences

  • Influence senior leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches

  • May have segment-wide impact

  • Direct cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams

 


 

Requirements

Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field preferred

  • 5 + years of experience analyzing and solving customer problems in an office setting

  • 5 + years in a technical or metrics based environment; preferably claims and/or customer service

  • Project management experience

  • Understanding of both HCFA and UB form types

  • Understanding of basic claim billing guidelines

  • Ability to work independently and manage own work schedule

  • Ability to multi-task, this includes ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product

  • Moderate proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new complex computer system applications

 Preferred Qualifications:



  • Program management experience

  • 4+ years MS Project, Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio

  • Previous experience with SQL

  • Previous Healthcare Industry experience

  • Previous Team Lead or Project Lead experience
