A Territory Manager works independently to manage a specific business Sales territory to further the Marketing and Sales efforts of the company. Responsibilities include communications with prospects within territory, maintaining a database of the assigned territory's prospects and what systems are in use, and closing Sales cycles within certain timeframes. The ideal candidate will have domain experience in Revenue Cycle management, Practice management, and Electronic Health Record System sales. There includes a wide range of independent discretion is allowed to keep the territory sales in line with forecasts.

Primary
Responsibilities:

  • Utilizing knowledge of territory and lead generation tactics, execute Sales strategies into prospective accounts.
  • Further Caretracker branding by attending trade shows, participating in trade association meetings and Public Relations situations as a subject matter expert on Healthcare technology and Revenue Cycle management.
  • Respond to demonstration requests and assign overall strategy for accounts within managed territory. 
  • Manage the accounts within territory/database, providing oversight of the territory's prospects and what existing systems are in use.
  • Develop quality responses to RFPs.
  • Utilize remote Virtual Meetings technologies where appropriate to maximize sales development cycle.
  • Direct the sales implementation process by clarifying roles and dates due for Kickoff Meetings, Conversion files, Implementation Packets, Network Readiness Documents and other pre-implementation material.
  • Maintain steady and consistent correspondence with existing clients within territory to ensure strong referral base.
  • Attain and surpass weekly / monthly sales goals
  • Conduct Continued Product Education to other members of sales team.
  • Perform quality demonstrations of products, inserting client's needs analysis information throughout the demonstration.
  • Perform a corporate overview, CareTracker PM/EMR demo, manage OptumInsight CareTracker sales cycle.
This position is located in Las Vegas, NV; Salt Lake City, UT; Denver, CO; or Phoenix, AZ.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or a High School Diploma/GED and 5+ years of Healthcare Sales and/or Account Management experience.
  • 5+ years experience handling complex and difficult accounts. 
  • 5+ years of Data Analytics performing market analysis and ROI analysis
  • Ability to utilize MS Word to create business correspondence, updating information within forms/templates, utilization of spell/grammar check tools
  • Ability to utilize PowerPoint to update templates, facilitate presentations
  • Ability to utilize Excel for data entry, sorting, filtering, working within pivot tables, and basic formulas
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% within the Western U.S. and possess a valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with SalesForce CRM
  • experience calling on CEO, COO, CFO, CMO level executives
  • Previous experience selling healthcare services to hospitals
