About this job

Assembles electronic pcb assemblies and box build electronic/electrical assemblies, working at bench or on shop floor by performing the following duties.

-Prior experience doing soldering on PCB's or other small parts per written work instructions.
-Must have electrical component knowledge
-Must be able to read and speak English for work instructions

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Follows appropriate quality policies and procedures.

Practice and participate in Continuous Improvement and Lean activities

Performs work to appropriate efficiency and utilization standards.

Builds product as directed by Team Leaders or Supervisor.

Capable of producing quality product at lower level skill processes such as stuffing and hand assembly with general soldering on through hole parts.

Participates in work group/team activities.

Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area and environment.

Must be a positive and dependable member of the manufacturing group.

Must be adaptive and supportive of change.

Needs to provide input to problem solving process and possess good communication skills.

The work performed in this job can only be done on site and attendance is an essential function of the job.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED. May be substituted if proven ability to perform per the Language and Mathematical skills listed below.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
The ability to read and understand internal company documentation for the assembly of product in English.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Basic math skills will be required to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Basic understanding of ability to read performance graphs.
