Local Delivery Driver/Loader

A manufacturing and distribution company in south east Denver is now hiring Delivery Drivers for a temp to perm opportunity. Drivers will be loading trucks with construction materials and driving to various locations to physically deliver the products where necessary. The position will begin with a 90 day probationary period learning the product and processes. Once proven to be a reliable, hard worker they will begin formal driver training. If candidates do not have a CDL-B the company will provide the training and certification to obtain.

Experience/Skill Requirements:
Safely and efficiently operate a 24’ box truck in accordance with all federal, state and local laws.
Ability to safely lift and handle up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
Class B license is not required but preferred.
Good knowledge of the Denver metro area.
MVR check required; must be in good standing (no majors within 3 years).
Team oriented, customer-focused, safety oriented, self-starter.
Well organized and maintains a clean, organized work environment.
Exhibits excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
Pull orders, load, and unload truck with 100% accuracy.
Adhere to all facility and jobsite safety rules.
Candidate must be available to work overtime during periods of high volume.
Must have experience as a delivery driver and operating a variety of vehicles.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday 6:00a – 6:00p (peak season)

Pay:
$13 - $18 DOE
