Hours: 40 hours per week minimum - MUST be flexible to work overtime when required.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to view multiple properties and be able to write an estimate, on estimating software, to make a damaged home whole again
- Respond to and manage multiple reconstruction projects
- Excellent organization and planning skills and a strong attention to detail is a must
- Communicate with property owners and insurance adjusters
- The ability to direct subcontract crews in the most efficient way to get the job completed in a timely and professional manner
Minimum Requirements:
-Ability to supervise multiple subcontractors and vendors at a time
-A valid driver license with a clean driving record
-Ability to pass a criminal background check; no felony convictions or misdemeanors
involving violence or theft
-We are an active participant in the Drug Free Workplace; clean drug testing is required
-Excellent communication and leadership skills
-Effective at monitoring and managing multiple projects
-Knowledgeable in project estimating, job costing and quality control
-Experience working with property owners and insurance adjusters
-Well rounded knowledge of construction
