What you will be doing
- Ensuring a safe environment for IHR guests and associates
- Patrolling, documenting, reporting, and following-up on safety and security hazards or infractions.
- You may also be required to carry out more general guest service tasks, such as delivering items to guests rooms.
Requirements
- Must demonstrate the ability to remain calm in emergencies, and balance excellent guest and associate relations skills with safety and security.
- Must have current active BSIS Guard Card
- Certification in CPR/First Aid highly desired
- Must have customer service skills
- Knowledge of loss prevention
- Excellent communication skills
