The ideal candidate for this position
- Knowledge of painting products and equipment; application and mixing procedures of such products
- Considerable knowledge of OSHA standards for chemical use
- English language communication skills
- Able to stand for the duration of the shift while supporting additional weights of tools and materials.
- Shifts vary and you must be flexible.
- Must be able to speak, read, write and comprehend.
- Responsible for ensuring the property is maintained at the best possible condition at all times with the least amount of inconvience to the guest and employees.
- Responsible for painting and any other assisgnments given by department manager.
- Previous experience preferred.
