Job overview
Banquet Food Server is a member the Banquet Team. This individual serves food and beverages in a friendly, courteous and professional manner according to IHR's high standards of quality.
Requirements
- Must be knowledgeable of event menu items, their contents, appropriate table settings and service ware, and the correct preparation and garnishing methods.
- Able to set up, maintain, and break down banquet rooms.
- Basic English language communication skills,
- The ability to lift and carry large and heavy trays on a continuous basis throughout a shift.
- Must be available to work rotating hours - nights, weekends, and holidays a must!
- Reliable and dependable transportation required.
- Prior banquet experience recognized.
