About this job

Our Insides Sales Consultants work daily with our business-to-business clients, educating them about our products, services, and helping them find a business marketing solution that works well for each individual client. Our sales approach is purely consultative through phone and email interactions, you'll assess each customer's need and help them build a marketing plan with our products that works well for their budget and goals.

Sales Consultants are doing on a day to day basis is reaching out to contractors all over the United States and working with them on a consultative basis to find out what sort of marketing and advertising they are doing. Are they marketing in the YP, word of mouth, etc, and then take that information and build a program that is going to meet their needs. It is a position where you are on the phone the majority of the day making outbound cold calls. Around 100-150/day

Experience and Skills:

What does it take to work here?

  • Must be sales-driven, money-motivated, and possess a strong work ethic we have a highly incentive-driven environment.
  • Business-to-business outbound cold calling sales techniques preferred must not be afraid to pick up the phone
  • MUST be able to sell!
  • Ability to complete the entire sales cycle on the phone CLOSERS WANTED!
  • Follow up on leads and maintain an active pipeline
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • If computers scare you, this is not the right position for you
  • Be the master of multi-tasking
  • High School Diploma or GED required

In addition, you'll need to be able to:

  • Work in a fast-paced, high energy call center environment without being distracted.
  • Sit or stand for an 8-hour shift
  • Hear and talk on a phone head/hand set
  • Successfully pass a criminal background check
