Our client located in Vienna, VA is hiring for a Loan Processor.
Candidate is responsible for Loan Processing. Responsible for contacting borrowers, reviewing applications, reviewing assets, calculating debit/ratio, structuring a loan, some underwriting duties, clearing conditions, and making sure the loan meets criteria. Will be working with lotus notes, word, excel and internal database.
Must be able to work under tight deadlines and be able to multi-task. Every processor has a pipeline of at least 75 loans each. Responsbile for some loan officer duties as well.
