Finisher - Full-time

Job title: Finisher

Position Summary:
Working in a mail production facility; breaking, tying and packing direct mail pieces. 1) Will separate forms by break mark, while verifying numbers and zip codes. 2) Tie using plastic strapper machine. 3) Pack direct mail bundles into mail trays or mail bags. May also place mailing labels on trays or mailbags; use hand dolly to move skids; or do hand inserting projects. (Insert card or other item into direct mail piece, glue envelope flap shut, prepare for shipment.) Will rotate between three duties every two hours throughout shift. During slow times, will be responsible for basic housekeeping.

Work Schedule:
Department runs three shifts: 7 AM -- 3 PM, 3 PM -- 11 PM , 11 PM -- 7 AM, M-F. Will be required to attend orientation on first day for the first hour of their shift. All overtime is voluntary.

Steel toed shoes required

Aspects of the Position:

Hands on training

Fast paced work environment

Must be able to hand pick direct mail products on an assembly line

Will be required to keep pace with team to minimize stoppage on line

Constant physical activity required

Having to do "floor work" (housekeeping) during slow times

Will be supervised by Team Leader
