The Leadership Expectations of the position are the ability to communicate a Vision, Deliver Results, Develop People, Foster Teamwork, Lead Change and Demonstrated Integrity.-Responsible for the implementation o f the day-to day human resources function for a singe site facility.-Supports and communicates strategic departmental long and short range company vision and mission-Ensures safe workplace and promotes safe practices for all associates-Maintains human resources information system-Assists in the improvement, implementation, and communication of human resources programs and policies, absenteeism, FMLA, etc. -Assures compliance with federal, state and local laws-Coordinates temporary staffing-Acts as human resources interface for associates-Participates in cross-functional human resources projects establishing best practices throughout the organization-Participates in internal human resources and quality management system audits

Requirements

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree Required (in business, organizational management, or related field) 3-5 years of experience in human resources Ability to develop a knowledge of local, state, and federal employment regulations Facilitation and presentation skills Strong written and oral skills Excellent interpersonal skills Moderate to advance computer skills including use of HRIS data base, timekeeping system Self Motivated can lead change Ability to work successfully in a cross functional team environment.
