The role of Receptionist at Humedica will be responsible for handling more traditional administrative/clerical support tasks including:


Greeting visitors/vendors/interview candidates

Managing badge distribution and collection

Answering the telephone (provide directions if needed; transfer calls; assist vendors)
Typing/word processing of documents
Maintaining calendars and setting up meetings (coordinating meeting room schedule)
Making travel arrangements as requested
Copying, faxing, setting up files, tracking expenses, and coordinating building and equipment maintenance

Special projects as needed / assisting Executive Administration team.

 

This is a full time position which includes a full benefit package.

 

 

Position is located at the Boston, MA office on Soldiers Field Road.

Requirements

High school diploma / GED required

2+ years of prior experience in a similar role

Minimum of intermediate skills with MS Word and Outlook required; Excel and PowerPoint helpful

Ability to multi-task

Detail orientation

Good attitude and willingness to assist others as needed
