Customer Communications Representative

We are seeking a Customer Communications Representative for an opportunity to join the Consumer Relations team at the Hannaford/Delhaize corporate office in Scarborough, ME. Explore the opportunity to work with a leader in the complex, competitive world of the supermarket industry!

The Customer Communications Representative is responsible for upholding Delhaize's high standards of service by interfacing with customers via multiple mediums, ensuring each correspondence is aligned with the company's mission, vision, and quality standards.

As Customer Communications Representative, you will:

• Research customer inquiries and concerns for resolution, escalating as required
• Respond to customer e-mails, comment cards, letters, telephone calls, and/or social media inquiries
• Thoroughly document customer correspondences and interactions
• Enact effective solutions to customer concerns, ensuring adherence to established company policies and procedures
• Other tasks and projects as needed or assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or other relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proven ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Computer proficiency with experience in Microsoft Office Suite
