The Field Service Representative is a customer service professional who likes to make a difference to customers and can go the extra distance to make a great impression on our guests and build loyalty. This associate will be the liaison between sales and operations and will work in our Sunnyvale  location and travel to properties in the South Bay area.  The training will be in Hayward, CA. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review daily reservation schedule and coordinate client Meet and Greets
  • Conduct guest pre-arrival calls and track status, ensuring guests receive world-class customer service
  • Responsible for key management including move-in and move-out packages, replacements and master keys
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through pro-active communication and commitment to resolving customer issues/problems
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, managers, support functions and the sales organization
  • Respond to customer questions regarding properties, move-in/out procedures
  • Troubleshoot phone, cable and internet issues
  • Act as a liaison between District Office, Home Services and all after-hours companies; follow-up to ensure resolution
  • Conduct site tours including escorting prospective residents around properties to introduce them to the community amenities and available units
  • Participate in apartment inspections prior to new resident move-in
  • Special projects or other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in a client service focused position a plus
  • Ability to present an above and beyond attitude
  • Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of client contacts
  • Self-motivated and a high comfort level with working independently
  • A natural enthusiasm for resolving problems and helping people
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and execute solutions
  • Ability to travel within the South Bay area with own car (mileage on the job reimbursed)
