Walworth County manufacturer is looking for an experienced Process Technician to join their growing team. In this position you would be responsible for opening the plant for scheduled production, performing set up of production molds in injection molding machines, as well as completing other plant duties as assigned
Additional responsibilities include:
- Troubleshoot and optimize equipment and processes.
- Perform first piece and in process part inspections.
- Conduct project validation activities.
- Assist Manufacturing Manager regarding scheduling, material handling efforts, preventative maintenance and calibration programs, or other duties that ensure efficient production and customer order fulfillment.
Requirements include:
- Minimum of five years experience in plastic injection molding with experience maintaining injection molding machines and related tooling.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
