Requirements:

Candidates must have customer service or administrative experience from a corporate office setting. Call center experience is a plus but not a disqualifier.

Candidates must be fully bilingual (Any Language)

Job Description:

-Employee will be answering around 20 calls a day - 10 of those calls are generally 1st notice of loss calls and they take between 30 min and an hour. Often times these calls are dealing with clients who are emotionally distraught or upset. Being able to show patience and empathy is a must.
-This group supports a group of adjustors and the candidate will be responsible for processing checks, letters, prepping files for litigation and other responsibilities.
-Candidates will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and have very good computer skills
-Candidates MUST be customer service oriented - they will be dealing with customers who have had something happen to their personal belongings or well being and will likely be upset. Our client is very serious about their customer service as it pertains to customer retention.
-Multi tasking is very important. Though the majority of this job pertains to customer service and interacting with customers, there is a large amount of administrative work that goes into this as well.
