About this job
We are seeking detail-oriented, organized customer service representatives to work out of our dynamic and fun-loving office in Beloit, WI. On a daily basis, these customer service representatives will be responding to customer inquiries via email and live chat tools on an online shopping website.
Qualified candidates MUST HAVE:
- 1+ year(s) of customer service experience
- Strong computer skills - must type 45+ WPM and pass additional computer testing
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Experience:
- Online shopping or experience working in the e-commerce industry
