Work Environment: The Scottsdale office is 1 of 3 call center locations for Alere Health in the US. Other locations besides Scottsdale are Florida and Georgia.

This office location houses 3 departments: enrollment aka sales, customer service and clinical/nursing.

Office envrionment is casual. Jeans are acceptable however tennis shoes are not.

(2) 15 minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch

Hours will switch over to 1 hour later when the time changes.

They have 2 customers: 1) health plan and 2) patient��
Qualifications: HS Diploma or equivalent required
Customer oriented experience required (Call Center, Sales, Restaurant, Retail, Banking, etc.)
Outbound call center experience required
Proficiency in the use of Windows and Microsoft programs required
���Associate���s degree from a two-year college or technical school, or equivalent, preferred.
Successfully meet or exceed sales quotas in a performance-based workplace.
���Prior experience in Health Care industry & HIPAA compliance workplace, preferred.
���Prior experience working in a scripted environment, preferred.
Ability to use multiple computer applications Ability to use ACD telephone system.��
Performance Expectations: Individual and team metrics. QA where the Supervisors will listen in to the calls. Make sure the candidate is not being too pushy, too sales-y, non-HIPAA compliant, etc.

Candidate must be ok with direct, honest and frank feedback. Feedback is on the spot and daily.��
Interview Information: All interviews must be completed the week of 8/27/14 as IT needs 2 full weeks to process IT logins for new employees. Additional Compensation: N/A Additional Information: Health is a free service offered to existing patients from specific health plans. Their partners with health plans (ex: Blue Cross Blue Shield) and are given claims and files from patients with chronic conditions.

Enrollment Specialists are then charged with the initial outreach to these patients to explain the free enrollment into their specific condition management/wellness programs.

Specific programs are:
- Asthma
-Coronary
-COPD
-Heart disease
-Diabetes
-MSP (pain program)
-Depression
-Maternity/NICU

Once the patient is educated on the program(s) and interested, they will transfer to a nurse for the clinical portion of the enrollment.

Training:
- 2 full weeks of classroom training. Zero tolerance policy for attendance during this 2 week time period. If they are late by a minute or miss due to an emergency they are let go immediately.
