Looking for Junior level cost estimator to create construction estimates for specialty sub-contractor
*Prepare estimates for special structural steel supports. Must have the ability to quantify materials in detail and determine the required labor to create an estimate.
*Assemble pricing spreadsheets and write project specific scope letters.
*Have a complete understanding of RFP's and all other bid documents.
*Have the ability to obtain vendor quotes and communicate with vendors.
*Provide budget estimates based on conceptual information from sales and design teams.
*Maintain an estimate /budget log and data base.
*Work directly with customers in a professional manner
*Assist in purchasing materials when required.
