Job Description

- Location: Boulder, CO

- $17/hr

- 4.5 month contract to hire

- Schedule: must be flexible to work some evenings and weekends

- Interact with customers to provide basic information about services, respond to concerns and requests and book residential service calls.

- Provide exceptional customer service for all inbound phone calls

- Respond promptly to email sales leads and inquiries

- Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding price objections, work quality, scheduling, etc.

- Display outstanding attention to detail while obtaining all relevant information for a service call

- Verify customer information and concerns (who, what, where and when)

- Keep records of customer interactions, comments and actions taken; Update and manage customers' accounts with high level customer management system

- Maintain strong level of communication with internal customer service team and field technicians.
