SALES EXECUTION MANAGER:

The Sales Execution Manager is responsible for managing a group of District Managers within a specific site or area to achieve maximum sales volume and margin consistent with sales projections and goals. The position also helps deliver Dr Pepper Snapple Group (DPSG) total and customer-specific volume, gross sales, net sales, mix, margin and profit objectives for company-owned Direct Store Delivery (DSD) and Warehouse Direct (W/D) portfolio through operator sales calls and in store execution.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Accountable for achieving maximum sales volume and margin consistent with sales projections and goals

· Develop and sell programming and events; assuring execution of all initiatives at the regional levels of key accounts

· Partner with Category Management and RMM (Revenue & Margin Management) to create detailed business reviews and programming

· Communicate frequently as part of larger collaborative National Account teams to ensure complete understanding of current programs and implications at retail – communicate this information throughout DSD sales organization

· Work with Business Unit General Managers to develop regional pricing and promotional plans for key account

· Sales systems experience (SAP, Margin Minder, Nielsen, etc.)

Qualifications

· High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)

· Five years Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sales experience

· Three years of people and process management experience within a CPG sales organization
