Job Description:
Candidates must be able to work in a fast paced environment, performing several tasks, in addition to accommodating all guests effectively and politely.
Job Requirements
- Must have strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent time management and problem solving skills
- Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Experience required
Primary Responsibilities:
- Complete weekly and monthly restaurant supply inventory
- Place weekly food order
- Hire, train, and schedule a competent reliable kitchen team including cooks, dishwashers, and other associates
- Lead and motivate the kitchen team
- Mandatory 30 hours per week as scheduled cook required for this position
- Keep the food preparation process flowing and make sure food goes out in a timely manner
