Summary: The CAR is responsible for handling daily operations including but not limited to: floorplanning, inbox management, title status management and general reporting. The CAR will be responsible for ensuring these responsibilities are handled in accordance with PPA and within established cutoff times while maintaining above average customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensure universal and/or specific source floorplanning is in compliance with PPA and within established cutoff times while also maintaining productivity goals
• Ensure emails and faxes received in individual inbox or departmental inbox are reviewed and processed in a timely fashion
• General title follow up as assigned
• Generate reporting on an requested/needed basis
• Must work in conjunction with Account Executives, Regional Directors, DSC dealer base, DSC Specific Sources and DSC Universal Sources.
• Other tasks and duties as assigned.
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Able to effectively and professionally communicate with customers and coworkers
• Must possess excellent customer service attitude/skills.
• Technology: Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook at a satisfactory pace.
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Customer service experience (preferred).
