Position Overview:
Call Center Representatives are the direct point of contact for customers. They are responsible for ensuring that Party City customers receive an adequate level of service or help with their questions and concerns. We are currently looking for part time reps with availability averaging 20-25 hours/week.

Requirements

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products or services
Resolve customer complaints according to guidelines established by Party City
Communicate with customers through a variety of means, telephone, email, fax, regular mail, in person
Help people decide what types of products would best suit their needs
Aid customers in completing purchases and transactions
Gain product knowledge to be able to answer customer inquiries
Customer Service dispatching and tracking - tracks calls to Customer Service line - retrieves and logs messages, creates reports with issues, distributes reports to appropriate Associate for resolution (monthly), tracks resolutions as reported; does the same with emails sent to website
Assist Supervisor with other projects as needed





Position Requirements:

Basic PC skills
Bi-lingual a plus
Able to multi task
Order Motion experience a plus
Proficient in telephone etiquette
Pleasant and friendly demeanor
High school diploma or equivalent
Good communication skills
Problem solving skills
Able to work independently within specific time constraints
