Spartan is currently hiring a Food Preparation Worker located in Rochester, NY area. This is a temporary position working Monday-Friday on 1st Shift from 7:00 AM-3:00 PM, a 30 day assignment with in a private school environment.
Job Description
Preparing food for cafeteria and serving facility and students
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of food preparation in a commercial setting
- Abilities to chop, mince, and prepare various foods
- Must have Servsafe certification
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, lift 25 lbs, and use all food preparation and kitchen aid tools during entire Shift
- Neat appearance, non slip shoes, and hair nets required
- Willing to submit to a Background Check and Drug Screen
Ideal Candidates
- Relevant experience preferred, 2-3 years of food preparation experience in a cafeteria setting
- Committed to safety at all times
- Excellent attendance
Pay Rate: $10.00 per hour
Shift/Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM; 30 day assignment in a private school environment
