About this job
an immediate need for an Electrical (E&I) Technician. Responsibilities for this job are as follows:
Experience should include trouble-shooting and maintaining 480 volt electrical distribution systems, maintaining and troubleshooting high voltage (12.5KV) systems with 120 VDC control circuits, 480 VAC motor circuits, 120 VAC motor control systems, and AC/DC variable speed drives.
Experience should also include PLC trouble-shooting and minor programming. Trouble-shooting, repair, and calibration of closed loop control circuits and knowledge of wound rotor motor and resistive braking circuits is a plus.
Ability to read Ladder Logic and troubleshoot. They will not have to edit code, but will need to find the problem by reading the code and then troubleshooting the problem. Engineers will assist with code building.
