Job Description:
Sales Professionals that are confident and highly motivated individuals who are interested in helping people better manage their health conditions.
Work Environment:
We provide attractive work schedules that span our operating hours of Mon-Fri from 11:30 am to 7:30 pm. Candidates should be available to work any schedule within our operating hours. **Note: You will be required to attend a two week paid training.
Casual jeans are acceptable however tennis shoes are not.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or equivalent required
- Customer oriented experience required - Call Center, Restaurant, Retail, Banking, etc.
- Proficiency in the use of Windows and Microsoft programs required
Additional Qualifications
- Associate's degree from a two-year college or technical school, or equivalent, preferred.
- Outbound contact center experience preferred
- Successfully meet or exceed sales quotas in a performance-based workplace.
- Prior experience in Health Care industry & HIPAA compliance workplace, preferred.
- Prior experience working in a scripted environment, preferred.
- Ability to use multiple computer applications
- Ability to use ACD telephone system.

Interview Information:
Test in the following: Kenexa Proveit tests: Data Entry, Call Center, and Computer Literacy Prove It tests.
