A company in West Chester, OH is looking for an Inside Sales professional to join their team.
Qualified candidates will have the following:
Minimum - technical coursework in college or a trade school (biology, chemistry, science, etc) plus a sales-driven personality.
Intangibles:

- time management and ability to multitask
This person will be responsible for the coordination of activities between outside salespeople and other staff, sales reps and customers. The primary function is Inside Sales, however, they may have to travel some for training, trade shows and customer visits may be necessary.
Job duties include:
- Coordinating inside sales activites via phone, email, fax.
- Proactively contact customers for sales.
- Update contact information for each account.
- Provide lead generation for field sales team and reps.
- Issue quotes, literature and info and follow-up on quotes.
- Customer research on internet.
- Assist w/ marketing, advertisments, trade shows.
- Schedule and coordinate travel, customer visits.
- Provide inside technical support for customers.
