Customer Service

Our client is look for a Customer Service Representative. This position will be responsible for outbound calls, verification/validation of requested data, and processing of documents.

On a day-to-day basis:

this person will be responsible for making outbound calls to HR reps, supervisors, and managers in order to gather and verify the information requested (i.e. addresses, phone numbers, company names). This person will also be responsible for data entry and processing collected data/documents.

The hours for this opening will be 8:00am-5:00pm knowing there will be times when OT is available. Training will be Wednesday and Thursday from 9am-3pm.

To be qualified for this position:

individuals should have at least 6 months of work experience. Call center or other cusomer service experience is beneficial, but not required.

This position is scheduled to be an 18 month contract with the possibility to become a permanent employee. This is an immediate opening-please be available to interview within 24 to 48 hours of contact.
