About this job
-Receive inbound calls from and make outbound calls to Field Technicians and End Users to provide diagnostics, technical support, and work order status.
-Provide technical troubleshooting support and address problems encountered by Field Technicians while on-site.
-Take actions and make decisions in line with the responsibilities of the position to ensure a successful service event
- Ensure that all incidents occurring during the course of service by a technician/shop are fully documented.
-Communicate with OEMs / Vendors to obtain latest technical/parts solutions to current service requirements
-Communicate via email to internal departments as well as external customers regarding the progress and/or outcome of work orders upon request.
